Relay with contact terminals on top as well as bottom. Pin connections on bottom for PCB mount and quick connect terminals on top for direct wiring to load.

I had these custom made by Song Chuan for a contract we had to repair Xerox power supplies years ago. You can special order them from a company in Florida but you need to buy 1000 at a time. The contract is over and these are the leftovers, when they are gone they are gone.
