Our research indicates that these were used in a number of machines from about 2005, they replaced the smaller boards that had the black Crydom modules on them. The part number for item 95 "Motor Control Board" in the parts list changes depending on which revision of manual you have and the publish date leading us to believe that his part superceded 8111879.

From what we can gather, these were used in a number of machines in the early 2000s, up to around 2005 when they were replaced by the larger style with discrete components instead of the Crydom modules.

They were used in the 950, 1025, 1050, 1055 and 6401 and possibly also in the 1000 and 1000D

By the time Coats got to the 125X series of balancers they decided to incorporate the low voltage transformer right onto the drive circuit board. So instead of a transformer mounted separately to the inside of the machine and connected with wires it was all nicely together. The principles remain the same and these are repairable.

Used in the Coats 1250, 1255 and 12502/3 series balancers.

For Coats models 1250, 1255 and 12502 non video units (no 'V' suffix) the Part Number is 8114200 or 85000846. We've never seen one of these, all of the 125X units we've worked on have had the LCD display. We are willing to repair these if you have one, we believe the engineering will be similar to other non-LCD circuit boards.
